We have a capacity for creating 3,000 original samples per year, and unlimited amount of additional samples for roadmen, showrooms, customers' keep samples, etc.

A typical price of a base pattern for a detailed, outerwear jacket, a graded pattern, first sample and associated documentation is $350. Our research shows that a comparable cost in the U.S. after factoring in all direct costs, overhead and related expenses, is in access of $1,500.

We will store in our computers your blocks of specs in various fits, and will develop your own inventory of sample yardages and accessories, enabling us to respond quickly to all your initial sample needs.
